We ship globally! International delivery times and charges vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
Return Window
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Some items (e.g., final sale products or hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible.
- Please include all tags and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@g.l.a.m.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping is free.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- If you chose an exchange or store credit, we’ll apply it once the return is accepted.
